Richmond BC is a city made up of 17 islands located
on the estuary of the mighty Fraser River with Lulu Island and Sea Island being
the largest. While many of the islands are small, they contribute to the large
number of water birds that use the wetlands as breeding grounds.
All of the bed and breakfast guest rooms at Island
City B&B are named after one of the islands of the Fraser River.
All rates are based on double occupany and are

The Lulu Island Room:

This is a bright, spacious room with bay windows and
a small balcony. Thr room features, a king size bed or two long twin beds, an
en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi and a large walk in closet. There is
a TV in the room and a large ceiling fan for those hot summer days.

The Sea Island Room / Suite:
The Sea Island room features a Queen size bed, full
en suite bathroom with tub and shower. This room has the possibility to convert
to a suite with the incorporation of a second bedroom for those traveling with
children or a group of three or four. Business people may want to use the
second bedroom as an office.

The Rose Island Room:
This guestroom features, a King size bed, or two
long twin beds, a large fan and TV in the room, plus the exclusive use
of the four piece bathroom across the hall.
This is a west exposed room
and gets a lot of sunshine in the afternoons and evenings.
