in a very convenient location.
Richmond, BC is located just south of the city of Vancouver but
it's unique geographical location offers it thirty percent less precipitation
and a similar increase in the amount of sunshine compared to downtown
Vancouver. Yet, we are only 20-30 minutes to the downtown core.
